  •   Personal Welcoming Pack - (Bottle of wine, Local Welsh Cakes/Biscuits, Fresh milk, &  Fresh Flowers)

Additional Add-On: (Laundry)

  • Arrangement of all bedding, bathroom towels/robes and tea-towels etc to be washed and pressed.

 **Deep Cleaning Package:**

Whether its; end of busy season, end or start of tenancy, or a one-off residential good clean... Tŷ Taclus can provide for you!

Our 'Deep-Clean' Package consists of;  all services from our 'Basic Cleaning Package'.. plus:

 

  • Moving all furniture to hoover, dust & disinfect thoroughly.
  • Clean all skirting boards and sills.
  • Clean inside and outside wardrobes & drawers.
  • Hoover upholstery.
  • Clean inside kitchen units.
  • Remove light fittings to dust & clean.
  • Remove (if possible) shower doors to de-mould using tiny brushes for best results.
  • Wash and disinfect every single area of bathrooms.
  • Remove all cobwebs throughout property.
  • Indoor Windows.
  • Inside Fridge & Oven.
  • All kitchen appliances.
  • Grout cleaning (unless grout needs to be replaced)
  • Degrease kitchen splashback / tiles.

 

 

(Residential homes need to remove food items from units before deep clean)
