  • We offer a 'Point Of Contact' managed service (FREE OF CHARGE) (see below*)
  • We offer ALL our clients a 'personal call-out  service' for those in need of reliable, trustworthy help when living so far away from their property. (call-out charges start at just @ £40.00)  
    • Rental Spruce-Ups..  Holyhead - Bodedern all inbetween areas @£20                                                                                  Bodedern-Bryngwran areas @£25                                                                                                              Bryngwran-Rhosneigr properties @£30                                                                      If property is clean but has not had tenants for a couple of weeks.  

 

 

* Regular checks during change-overs.   Issues reported and dealt with efficiently.   Ensure property is kept safe & secure.
