Residential Cleaning: 'Basic' / 'Intensive' / 'Deep'

(  Some new clients may initially ask for a 'basic clean', but when we visit for the first time, in most cases their properties need an 'Intensive' some rooms 'Deep' clean. When keeping on top of it weekly or fortnightly the cleans will then become 'basic'.   )   

Monthly Regular Cleans will always be 'Intensive'.                               

Basic Cleaning Package includes:

• Scrub; Showers, Sinks, Tubs & Toilets                                                           
• Dust                                                                                                                                     
• Mop                                                                                                                                       Sanitise / Disinfect high use areas 
• Wipe clean inside microwave (extra for deep clean)
• Sanitise then buff all kitchen appliances.                                                                      
• Disinfect-wipe over inside fridge (if empty), hob & oven (on change overs)     
• Wipe Over & Down                                                                                                    
• Final Touches
• Linen Change (change overs)
